Mid-morning snack with Indigenous foods made by students are sponsored by REAP. MMSD students will work alongside East High Culinary Teacher Emily Sonnemann, Capital High Social Worker Kelli Semrau, and Madison Chef Yusuf Bin-Rella to explore our local food scene, culinary techniques, expertise and recipes from local indigenous cultures, forage local delights and dive into issues of food justice. Students will work collaboratively in the kitchens to cook new dishes for themselves and to develop a delicious menu for our Summit.
